In the Week 2 Module, we encourage you to EAT MORE!
I know this sounds a little counter-intuitive, but often, when we’re trying to keep our weight down, we feel that we’re helping by cutting out a meal here and there, and not snacking.
So in this weekly module, we have some very good news for you.
From now on, we want you to eat more.
Five to Six meals a Day
Meaning 3 main meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner
- and 2 or 3 smart mini-meals.
> one smart mini-meal mid-morning
> one smart mini-meal mid-afternoon
> and for some people, one smart mini-meal later in the evening.
These smart mini-meals are an important part of the Slimming4Life
plan because they keep your
FAT HORMONE under control.
Then your fat cells won’t receive that “don’t burn” message.
Smart Mini Meals
The trick is to plan for your mini-meals and always eat them
even if you’re not hungry.
This keeps your FAT HORMONE from spiking, and is one of the keys to burning fat and losing weight.
We show you how to leave the house in the morning prepared for
a fat-shedding day.
How a couple of ziplock bags can make you bullet-proof,
so you never get the “munchies”.
You Buy Your Own Food
We want you to know that we’re not in the business of selling you food
for your dinner.
Nor do we want to sell you snack-bars covered with faux chocolate or
chemically-sweetened yoghurt.
We'd rather you bought real food like you normally
do.
Besides, you may have noticed that some foods bought from
weight loss companies can get a bit expensive.
Here's the thing... Slimming4Life is NOT a diet.
It’s an education programme where you simply learn how to
swap foods that can make you fat, for foods that can make you slim.
As you continue to eat the foods you LOVE.
No Counting Calories Or Adding and Subtracting Points
And there’s no need to carry a calculator with you to add points or calculate the calories in the food you eat either.
That's called DIETING!
And all this does is make you think of FOOD all day.
It really is SO MUCH easier than that.
We simply teach you how to eat the right amount of the
right kinds of food to keep your FAT HORMONE under control.
Eating 5 to 6 times per day sets up a healthy pattern to lose and sustain your weight loss.
